Velvet & Fishnets

If you're ever feeling like channeling your inner hooker just throw on a pair of platform heels, some fishnets and velvet in any form or fashion. BAM! You'll be feelin' it. It probably didn't help that I was standing roadside while cars were passing and staring. "Mind yer own durn business!" (we were in Spanish Fork, after all). 

I especially love the pop of color I get with these heels. Adds instant intrigue.

Wellies & Umbrellies

You know when you're sporting a fantastic outfit, feelin' pretty good about yourself, and then it starts to pour, destroying the hopes of that outfit? Oh, we do! 

We headed out last week to photograph our fall-friendly ensembles, only to encounter a rainstorm within a few minutes. Luckily Meagan happens to plan ahead (and live close), so we hurriedly added trench coats, wellies and umbrellas to our outfits, and embraced the beautiful weather!

The fog against the mountain was unbelievable, what a beautiful place we live in!
